Slims Pull

The “Slims Pull” live contest (the “Contest”) is organised by Slim Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 202301037539 (1531462-V)) of No. 2, Jalan 15/48A, Sentulraya Boulevard, 51000 Kuala Lumpur (“Slims”, “we”). Contact: marketing@slimchickens.my or WhatsApp +60 10-917 6088. By taking part you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms.

Qualifying purchases must be made between 10.00am on 3 October 2026 and 3.00pm on 23 October 2026 (Malaysia time) at Slim Chickens SS15 Subang Jaya or Slim Chickens Nu Sentral only. Purchases through delivery platforms (including GrabFood), third-party voucher platforms, catering orders and corporate invoices do not qualify.

Open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Malaysia. A valid MyKad or passport must be shown for age verification at registration and again at prize collection, and the person who registered must be the person who collects. Employees, directors and immediate family members of Slim Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd, its franchisor, its agencies, its prize suppliers and any person involved in running the Contest are not eligible.

1. Spend RM50.00 or more in a single receipt, calculated on the net amount actually paid after discounts, vouchers and loyalty redemptions, inclusive of SST and excluding any tip or service charge. Receipts that use any other discount or promotion, including the 10.10 promotion, do not qualify.
2. Before leaving the store on the same visit, present the receipt to the store manager or shift lead, who will verify and mark it.
3. For every full RM50 on the receipt you receive one numbered Pull Card. Each Pull Card is registered to one named adult who is present, by recording that person’s full name as per IC, mobile number and Instagram handle. A receipt may be registered once only and receipts cannot be combined.
4. The Pull Card is a record of your entry only. It has no cash value, is not a voucher, cannot be sold or transferred, and must be kept and shown to claim a prize. Lost, altered, copied or illegible cards are void.
5. Registration after leaving the store, by message or by photograph of a receipt, is not accepted.
6. Refunded or reversed transactions void the related Pull Cards. A partial refund reduces the qualifying amount.

To win, the registered Instagram account must be following @slimchickensmy at the time of the rip night and must be visible enough for Slims to verify it, or the winner must verify in person with the Pull Card and ID at collection.

Three live contests (“Rip Nights”) take place on Instagram Live on @slimchickensmy on Friday 9, 16 and 23 October 2026 at approximately 8.30pm. Dates and times may change for operational reasons and will be announced on the same account at least 24 hours in advance. Pull Cards registered by 3.00pm on the day of a Rip Night are eligible for that Rip Night. All eligible Pull Cards remain eligible for every remaining Rip Night and for the grand prize question, subject to clause 7(f).

1. Winners are decided by skill and speed, not by chance. During each Rip Night the host asks a question about Slim Chickens (for example its menu, sauces or story).
2. The first comment on the live that gives the correct answer together with a valid Pull Card number, posted from the Instagram account registered to that Pull Card, wins that question.
3. The order of comments as shown on the host’s screen is final and is applied the same way for every question. A question stays open for up to two minutes. If no correct answer is received, the host may ask a replacement question.
4. Six booster pack questions and one Elite Trainer Box question are asked on each Rip Night.
5. A Pull Card may win one booster pack per Rip Night.
6. A Pull Card that has won an Elite Trainer Box is not eligible for a later Elite Trainer Box.
7. Slims’ record of each Rip Night, including the recording, is the record of the Contest.

1. Booster pack prize (18 in total): one sealed Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration booster pack from a 30th Celebration Booster Bundle, approximately RM25 retail as at 2 October 2026, opened live by the host from a sealed bundle and sleeved on camera. The contents of every pack are random. You keep the cards pulled. Slims makes no promise about which cards are inside, their rarity, condition or market value.
2. Elite Trainer Box prize (3 in total, one per Rip Night): one sealed Pokémon TCG 30th Celebration Elite Trainer Box, retail value approximately RM400 as at 2 October 2026, together with two general admission tickets to GeekCon 2.0 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur, 30 October to 1 November 2026. The tickets are issued by GeekCon Asia and are subject to its ticket terms; they are not exchangeable for cash and are not replaced if the event is rescheduled or cancelled by its organiser.
3. Grand prize: a separate grand prize will be announced on @slimchickensmy on 27 October 2026 as a last chance to win. It has its own entry mechanic and terms, which will be published with the announcement. Pull Cards do not carry over to it unless the announcement says so.
4. All card products are genuine, sealed and were purchased from authorised retail. Slims is not responsible for manufacturer defects, print errors or pull rates.
5. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items except where the law requires. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Slims’ control, Slims will substitute a prize of equal or greater value and give notice.
6. No payment of any kind is required to claim a prize.

1. Slims will message each winner on the registered mobile number within 24 hours of the Rip Night.
2. Booster pack prizes are collected in person, by the registered person, at the store of registration on the collection date and time announced by Slims, on presentation of the Pull Card and matching ID.
3. Elite Trainer Box winners collect the box in person at the Slims booth at GeekCon 2.0, MITEC, on Day 1, 30 October 2026, on presentation of the Pull Card and matching ID. Handovers are filmed (see clause 11). The two GeekCon 2.0 tickets are sent to the winner’s registered mobile number or email before the event. A winner who cannot attend may collect the box at the store of registration by arrangement.
4. Prizes must be claimed by 30 November 2026. Unclaimed prizes are forfeited and may be awarded to the next eligible correct answer for that question as shown in the recording, or retained by Slims.
5. Travel and other costs of collection are the winner’s own.

Your personal data is handled as set out in the Privacy Notice on this page, which forms part of these Terms.

Rip Nights are broadcast and recorded and the recordings remain online. Winners agree that Slims may use their first name, Instagram handle, comments and any content they post about the Contest in Slims’ owned channels without further payment. Filming at prize handover is notified at the time, and a winner may decline to be filmed without losing the prize. Separate written consent is sought before any winner appears in paid advertising. Requests to remove a recording segment can be made to the contact in clause 1.

Slims, acting reasonably, may disqualify any entry where it suspects forged, altered, reused or duplicated receipts or Pull Cards, split transactions designed to manufacture cards, staff collusion, multiple Instagram accounts, automated commenting, abusive conduct toward staff or the host, or any breach of these Terms. A disqualified person may ask for a review by writing to the contact in clause 1 within 7 days.

Slims is not responsible for live-stream interruptions, platform outages or comments not received. If a live is interrupted, the question in progress is void and is re-asked when the live resumes or on an announced replacement date. Prizes already won are unaffected. Slims may amend, suspend or cancel the Contest for reasons outside its reasonable control, where the law or a regulator requires, or where its franchisor requires, with notice on the Instagram account and without removing prizes already won.

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By taking part you release Instagram and Meta from all liability connected with the Contest. GeekCon Asia is the organiser of GeekCon 2.0 and is not a sponsor or administrator of this Contest. Pokémon and Pokémon character names are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc. and GAME FREAK inc. This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or authorised by The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc. Product names are used only to describe the prizes, which are genuine retail products purchased by Slim Foods Malaysia Sdn Bhd.

To the extent permitted by law, Slims, its franchisor, employees, agents and suppliers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation, from any prize after handover, or from the market value of any card. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

Slims’ decisions on matters of fact about eligibility and the order of answers are final, subject to your statutory rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. Complaints go to the contact in clause 1 and receive a reply within 5 working days.
